Did you know that...fit20 is an international company founded in the Netherlands. The first fit20 studio opened in Zwolle, the Netherlands in 2009. Today there are more than 120 studios in the Netherlands and we continue to grow with studios in Belgium, the United Kingdom, Qatar, USA, New Zealand, Iraq, Spain, France, Germany, Morocco, Qatar, Sweden and Ireland. We are in the process of opening studios in several other countries including Switzerland.

We have received several industry awards for innovation and entrepreneurship, including the prestigious Gazelle award. It has been a great honor to receive these awards and recognition from the business community. In the end, however, our purpose always lies with providing an exceptionally effective and efficient training experience to our members. Our greatest reward has always been our happy, healthy and loyal member base.

Friendly and supportive training. My first time with a PT and I’m enjoying the extra push and focus it gives me. Liam provides a good balance of encouragement and recognition whilst still being authentic. Really enjoying this style of training. Just hit 8 weeks and I’m just beginning to max out so the next 4 weeks will be really interesting.

Took a bit to adjust to 1 heavy session per week, but I’ve added a bit more cardio and general fitness so as to not interfere with the fit20 sessions.

Being a person who doesn’t enjoy exercise Fit20 has been perfect for me. we go as a couple, have the gym to ourselves and in 20 minutes a week are starting to feel stronger which was our aim. liam is thorough, always making sure you are doing the exercises correctly and motivating and encouraging so you push yourself as far as possible at each session. the different machines make sure you get a full body workout. possibly the only exercise regime i can see myself sticking to!

Had my free induction today with Liam - both he and Alicja are super friendly and professional. The studio is spotless and cool. My session was great, thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though it was just an initial assessment, I can feel it in my muscles! I have signed up and start next week.
