Meet Davina — Yoga & Qigong Teacher, Sound Therapist and Energy Healer based in Buckinghamshire

Davina creates a gentle, grounding space for people to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves — especially during times of overwhelm, stress or imbalance. She believes deeply in the body’s innate ability to heal when we give it the time, space and nourishment it needs.

Her own journey through overwhelm, disconnection and feeling out of rhythm is what led her to the practices she now shares. She understands what it’s like to hold too much, move too fast or feel stuck, and brings this lived experience into her work with compassion and authenticity.

Davina’s approach is rooted in the wisdom of the Five Elements in Chinese Medicine, combined with the understanding that our bodies are constantly communicating with us — and already know how to heal. Her role is to offer the practices, tools and safe space that help that natural process unfold.

Alongside her work, Davina is a mum to two boys, a wife, and someone who finds joy in travel, movement, adventure and lifelong learning. She has completed extensive further training with respected teachers including Tias Little, Stephanie Nosco, Leah Barnett, Francois Friedman, Charlotte Watts and many others.

If you’re seeking calm, clarity, grounding or simply a moment to breathe, Davina meets you exactly where you are — gently guiding you back to balance, connection and a deeper sense of self.

Bliss

Bliss — A deeply relaxing Energy Healing session combining crystals, Reiki, Anusha, chakra balancing and acupressure. It’s designed to release emotional blocks, clear energy pathways, restore balance, and invite a sense of peace and renewal.

Zen

Zen — A private Sound Healing session using crystal singing bowls and tuning forks to harmonise your body’s meridians, chakras, and energy lines. This therapy soothes the nervous system and supports deep relaxation.

Serenity

Serenity — A combined treatment of Acupressure massage on key points (face, head, body) followed by Energy Healing. This approach helps ease stress, fatigue, headaches or tension and aims to release stagnation and energy blockages, bringing calm to both body and mind.

Tranquility

Tranquility — A fusion of Sound Healing and Energy Healing: first you’re bathed in restorative sound frequencies (e.g. crystal bowls), then receive gentle energy work. It’s tailored to support deep healing, relaxation, and restoring overall harmony.

Harmony

Harmony — A 1:1 Somatic Yoga session (movement + breathwork + meditation) — done online — tailored to your body and nervous system. It helps release tension "stuck" in the body, improves mobility, and resets or rebalances the nervous system through mindful, gentle movement and awareness.

Calm

Calm — A simple but powerful Meditation & Breathwork session (online), customised to your needs. Great for rebalancing your mind, body and nervous system — especially helpful for those with busy lives or looking to start or maintain a meditation practice.
