 Here, we offer Massage therapy and one to one Pilates training with the aim of helping you to help you move stronger, feel better, and live with more ease. Whether you’re joining one of my Langford-based group classes or booking in for a targeted, restorative massage, everything I offer is designed to support your body with practical, evidence-informed care.

With on to one Pilates instruction, together we can build strength, and improve mobility whilst feeling genuinely supported and guided. There is — no pressure, no overwhelm, just high-quality guidance and consistent, sustainable results

We also offer a range of massage services, aimed at supporting overall wellbeing through relieving muscle tension, reducing stress, improving circulation, and helping people of all ages and backgrounds.

One to one Pilates Sessions with Hannah

Pilates at The Wellbeing Room is a supportive, strength-focused approach to movement that helps you feel stronger, more confident, and at ease in your body. Choose from either Traditional, Reformer or Rehabilitative Pilates, and allow me to build and curate a personalised programme tailored precisely to your needs and goals.

Whether you’re building core strength, improving posture and mobility, or recovering from injury, the focus is on controlled, functional movement that supports long-term wellbeing. Guided with care in a calm, welcoming space, each session helps reduce tension, restore balance, and improve how your body moves in everyday life — safely, effectively, and at a pace that feels right for you.

Massage

Choose from a selection of highly recommended massage services at The Wellbeing Room. Each treatment is a  personalised therapeutic experience designed to help you relax, recover, and restore balance. Each treatment is tailored to your body and needs, using evidence-informed techniques to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and support overall wellbeing.

From gentle Swedish massage to unwind, deep tissue or sports massage to release tightness and improve mobility, to specialist treatments including pregnancy, restorative, and Indian Head massage, every session is adapted with care. Delivered in a calm, welcoming space, massage at The Wellbeing Room offers time to reset, support recovery, and enjoy meaningful self-care.

Coaching with compassion

Coaching at The Wellbeing Room offers personalised, results-focused support to help you build confidence, create positive habits, and make lasting change. There are three point of entry:

Group Classes

Monday | BEATZ | 6:45–7:30pm

A fun, high-energy workout that lifts your mood and gets you moving. BEATZ combines simple, music-led routines with an inclusive, friendly vibe, making it suitable for all fitness levels — no dance experience needed. Expect feel-good cardio, upbeat choreography, and plenty of positive energy. A great way to stay active and enjoy the music.

Friday | SCULPT | 9:45–10:30am
A dynamic, strength-focused class designed to tone, sculpt, and build overall fitness. Using controlled, functional movements with bodyweight and light equipment, SCULPT is suitable for all levels. Expect clear guidance, a motivating pace, and a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that helps you progress at your own speed.

Friday session | Mat Pilates | 10:30–11:15am - Monday session | Mat Pilates | 19:30–20:15pm
A calm, focused mat Pilates class to improve core strength, posture, and mobility. Suitable for all levels, this low-impact session emphasises controlled movement, alignment, and body awareness, with clear instruction in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
